Michelle Cyrus-Brown, PHR
As CCG’s Office Administrator, Michelle Cyrus-Brown’s focus is primarily office operations, human resources, client relations and all functions related to the successful completion of all phases of client contracts.
With 15 years of management experience prior to joining CCG in 2008, Michelle provides fully outsourced human resources services and consulting advice to many clients on areas such as recruitment and retention, managing benefits, payroll and compensation, labor regulations, employee relations and performance management. Michelle has successfully exceeded expectations for clients with proven success in creating positive employee cultures and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Her skills in leadership, training and customer service, in addition to exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, allow us to guarantee world class client satisfaction.
She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM). Michelle’s post-secondary education includes Pace University, Barry University and extensive training in management, human resources, and employee development.
Michelle is a member of the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC), and also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Lauderdale Lakes where she is a Distinguished Past President.
