Once again, our friends at Fisher & Phillips provide an excellent summary of the goings-on this past week regarding the OSHA ETS. In a nutshell: limbo…. And not the dance either 😉 Two big reminders, though, to ease your anxiety: The December 6th first COVID-19 vaccine deadline has come and gone, and it’s likely the January 4th deadline for full vax status will be extended if the mandate is resurrected.
