This letter is a follow-up to the two conferences that you conducted for the medical staff and their personnel at Hialeah Hospital.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a topic that they have been struggling to gain information to achieve compliance during the last few months. Your presentation was packed with vital information that was understandable, reliable and easy to put in place in their offices. It is difficult for physicians to attend conferences during the week, however, over 100 individuals both time attended your two presentations and even more impressive, they stayed during the question and answer period.

I am writing this note to let you know how grateful I am to Coleman Consulting for helping organize all components of my practice. I originally met CCG when a health plan assigned them to conduct an MRA chart review in my office. CCG reviewed charts, trained me and my staff, and at the end of the project, my practice’s performance and compliance under risk adjusted reimbursement improved tremendously. In fact, the training that my staff and I received in the MRA area is still actively used in how we code and comply with industry standards. They really impressed me!
