Clark M. Parker, JD
Clark M. Parker brings more than 26 years of legal experience to Coleman Consulting Group, having maintained a private, general law practice in Alabama for 13 years. His legal experience particularly enables Clark to navigate the intricacies of public policy and regulation affecting the long term care industry.
One of Clark’s areas of specialization is the establishment of Home Health agencies and Nurse Registries, as well as mitigating compliance problems in their operations.
Clark is responsible for the company’s Home Health Regulatory Compliance Division, which entails guiding clients on various regulatory matters up to and including accreditation from nationally recognized organizations, such as the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Community Health Accreditation Program and the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Clark has been a member of the Alabama State Bar Association since 1994, and an Adjunct Professor of Health Law at Florida Atlantic University since 2012.
Clark is a veteran of the United States Army and a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, in Hattiesburg, and Jones School of Law, at Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.
