Michelle Cyrus-Brown
As CCG’s Office Administrator, Michelle Cyrus-Brown’s focus is primarily office operations, human resources, client relations and all functions related to the successful completion of all phases of client contracts.
Michelle brings over 27 years of experience in customer service, customer service management, marketing, and training & development. As a customer service manager for the past 15 years, Michelle has successfully exceeded expectations for clients representing sales in excess of $15 million annually. Her skills in leadership, training, sales, and customer service, in addition to exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, allow us to guarantee world class client satisfaction.
Michelle’s post secondary education includes Pace University, Barry University and extensive training in management, human resources, sales and training and development.
Michelle is a member of the Women’s Healthcare Executive Network, as well as a current member of the Kiwanis Club of Lauderdale Lakes where she is a Distinguished Past President.
